Favourite Marc 'Looks' From The Entire Series

For all the talk of Betty's appearances throughout the show, there was yet another character, who has gone through several transformations and wearing a variety of multi-coloured outfits and ever-changing hair-styles each season. He is Marc St James- then personal assistant to Wilhelmina Slater, who later worked his way up the ladder to become Mode's Junior Fashion Editor. His flamboyant- looks especially in the first season of Ugly Betty, as well as his bitchy-yet humorous personality made him a fan favourite with many. He had a few disasters- likewise episode 8 Tornado Girl in season 3- but other than that, I loved Marc's style, thus both he and Willie stood out from all the other characters, style and clothing-wise.

Here are my favourite outfits & looks that I have selected, and of which I have personally liked throughout seasons 1-4:

He looks 'mean' in Green and Dark Blue alongside Willie's Green and Purple combo!

Talk about colour co-ordination! Love the curly locks too! (Season 3- Betty Suarez Land)

I actually like this multi-coloured top and his hair looks great.
I even went 'phooar!' when I saw him wearing it (the top) first time round! :-D (Season 3- Crush'd)

Again, loving curly-haired Marc and the blue shirt is not bad either!
(Season 1- I'm Coming Out)

Suave, smart and um, metallic! Great tuxedo.... ( Season 2- I See Me, I C U)

I have no idea on what type of waistcoat this is supposed to be, but it goes well with that blue-ish indigo shirt. The collar with the button looks interesting too. (Season 3- Bad Amanda)

The tinted glasses and fisher-man's style hat make him look slightly 'hipper'-yet cool at the same time.
(Season 2- A Thousand Words By Friday)

Often in the series, we've seen him wear a tie or be it bow tie over his neck and collar of his shirts-which was interesting to see. I love that stripy shirt, but I'm not too keen on the tie.

I would've gone for a full purple coloured tie- or even light pink to accompany that shirt. (Season 3- Filing For The Enemy)

Very retro-ish and funky at the same time with the letters scattered around it. Usually, no-one would be able to carry it off, but Marc does. Many fans thought that Patricia Fields outfit selections during season 3 were bizarre but awful and hideous- yet this one alongside a few other ones, kind of worked.

Though if Marc had that mop-top Beatles hairstyle, he wouldn't have looked good. (Season 3- Rabbit Test)

Note: Marc wore that same outfit in the Mode After Hours episode 'I Spy'

One of the earlier outfits from season 1- a pink set squared sleeved shirt with a black polo shirt over it. Oh and a tie too. (Season 1- Queens For A Day)

Anyone notices how young and fresh-faced Marc/Michael looked back then?

Not to mention how 'tanned' his skin looked. This was him back in 2006- 4 years ago in season 1 Fey's Sleigh Ride, which aired in October- aged 26....

3 seasons after... Season 4 episode 19 The Past Presents The Future-
Cool Burgundy Red blazer-type jacket with a Danny Zuko from Grease quiff hair-do! :-D
