Thoughts on 4.08- 'The Bahamas Triangle'

My Thoughts on 'The Bahamas Triangle'- (this may contain spoilers)

• The intro was interesting somewhat- Betty donning a swimsuit in Black and White
• I LOVED Marc's look at Mode in this episode. That flat top hairstyle however... is ok. I miss his curls! Although he did have the curly hair at the Bahamas- which I loved of course. ;)
• Okay, so I thought all the guys looked hot- Marc, Daniel, Matt, Connor! Marc especially, as he's my favourite character. Plenty of erm, skin on show for us girls :D.
• I for one was happy the Amanda and Matt relationship is over- thank goodness! And the love triangle between Betty, Amanda and Matt coming to an end- it was really grating on me.
• Bobby still reminds me of Santos and a bit of Gio wrapped up into one; as for Hilda she finds herself in the middle of a love triangle herself now between clean cut Archie and bad boy Bobby. Who will she choose? At the moment, I'm liking Bobby.
• Justin was so funny in this one- yay for Justin!
• I loved Marc and Daniel's so-called 'buddy bonding' session together at the bar in the Bahamas and those two helping each other out to secure dates. And Marc looking to be Daniel's new assistant at Mode? Wow that is a first. It is going to be interesting to see whether his career will really take off for good measure with the help of Daniel, in the same way Daniel has helped Betty become an editor.  
• Willie and Connor- OMG!! Plus, am I the only one who thinks the scene with Connor coming out of the water and on dry land was somehow reminscent of Daniel Craig as James Bond From Casino Royale? So uncanny! A rip-off perhaps?!
• The Topless Willie and Betty scene was just hilarious- very much reminded me of the Betty and Amanda topless scene in 3.07 'Crush'd'.
• Everyone getting their freak on- from Wiilie and Connor, Betty and Matt- to Amanda and Daniel and Marc and Troy- Double OMG!!! :O
• I was slightly dissapointed at the lack of Troy aka Matt Newton (Becki's brother) in this one- he had like 2 scenes and didn't say a word WHATSOEVER throughout the entire episode. I was like 'huh?' Hopefully, the next few episodes will make up for that.
• I do think that although Amanda and Daniel did sleep with each other, I still think it was just a one- night- stand- cannot see those two getting back together and staying together as a couple in the long run.
• Is it just me who thinks that this is what episode 3.19- 'The Sex Issue' should've been like? I mean, seriously? The Sex Issue? more like 'LACK OF Sex Issue'. That one was lacking in um, sex, whereas this one wasn't.  
• Connor arrested by the cops-yet I wonder just exactly who had tipped them off? Nico perhaps? Then again , probably not.
• As for Shakira's appearance, she was okay- didn't say much and I was surprised she didn't do any singing either. I was expecting her to belt out 'Whenever Wherever' or 'Hips Don't Lie'. Oh well.
• And Matt and Betty... I thought they looked cute. Shame it is not going to last long but still, they had some nice moments together.
• The ending with Betty and Matt was nice too.

Overall- this was a terrific episode- a lot of hype surrounded this one but in the end, it was great and it lived up to its expectations.  There was a lot of sex involved too, but as the episode continued, it got better and better.  'The Bahamas Triangle' did hit the spot.
